Changelog

New in the app, newest first. Changes to the API and its deprecations are tracked in the API changelog.

  1. Client API, alerts, lists and billing

Everything you see in the app is now available to your own code, with keys you manage yourself. Alerts, saved lists, compare and self-serve plans arrive in the app.

    Client API

    • API keys in Settings → Developers: scopes, IP allowlists, expiry, rotation with a grace period, and revocation that closes open streams.
    • Per-plan quotas with RateLimit-Policy and RateLimit headers on every response, and usage by endpoint group in Settings.
    • Signed webhooks for alert firings, on-sale announcements, event status changes and sales on your lists, with a delivery log, test events and redelivery.
    • Async exports of catalog, sales and list data to CSV or JSON Lines.
    • The realtime stream accepts API keys, as a Bearer header from servers or as a single-use ticket in browsers.
    • TypeScript and Python SDKs, generated from the OpenAPI spec, with a stream client that reconnects, resumes and dedupes.
    • This developer portal: guides, the API reference and the stream protocol reference.

    Alerts

    • Rules on market metrics, primary restocks and sale bursts, and on new events or on-sales matching a catalog filter.
    • Scopes: one event, a saved list, an artist or a catalog search. A live preview shows what a rule would match before you save it.
    • Delivery by Discord, Telegram, email and web push, with per-rule cooldowns and an alert history per delivery.

    Lists and compare

    • Saved lists shared across your organization, worked in a spreadsheet grid with live cells, saved views, conditional formats, notes and cost basis.
    • CSV export of a list's grid.
    • Compare events side by side on floor, median, inventory and sales, aligned by calendar date or by days to the event.

    Accounts and plans

    • Sign in with an email link, Discord or Google. Organizations with owners, admins and members, invitations and an audit log.
    • Core, Pro, Elite and Enterprise plans with a free trial, seats per member and the billing portal for invoices and payment methods.

    Markets

    • Event pages with KPIs per market, synced price, inventory and volume charts, a sales history and Ticketmaster's price levels.
    • The live sales feed with confidence labels, and catalog tabs for movers, most sales, fastest depletion and new on-sales.
  2. Catalog, calendar and the seat map

The first release: the Ticketmaster catalog, the on-sale calendar, primary inventory tracking and the interactive seat map.

    Catalog

    • The Ticketmaster Discovery catalog, refreshed continuously: events, attractions and venues with search across all three.
    • Event lifecycle tracking: new announcements, status changes, postponements and cancellations.

    Calendar

    • Public on-sales, presales and shows by day in your time zone, as a month grid, a week of hours or an agenda.

    Primary inventory and seat maps

    • Ticketmaster primary and TM resale inventory per seat, with price levels, face value, fees and all-in prices, dynamic pricing included.
    • Inventory changes as they happen: restocks, drops, released holds and inferred sales.
    • The interactive seat map with availability and price heatmap modes, a section list and the changes feed per section.
